Currently Funded Projects (FY25)
FY26 Local Application for Currently Funded Projects
CoC funded projects that were awarded funding for FY25, need to submit an application to the local CoC to be considered for funding the FY26 local application to HUD. Many projects have not received the FY25 award for the operating year that begins in 2026. However, these projects still need to submit an application in the 2026 competition to be considered for funding for the operating year that begins in 2027.
Thursday, July 9 - Early Submission Deadline
Tuesday, July 14 - Local Application Deadline
Applicants should use the local application portal for submission of the local application, APR data, and all attachments: portal.neighborlysoftware.com/UNITYNO/Participant
2026 Project Application
The Local Project application will be released by June 29, 2026. Once the application is released, applicants should use this link to register with the application portal to complete and submit the local application.
The local application will include:
- Completed and signed 2026 Application Form
- Submission of Project Performance Score
- Housing Project Scoring Tool (see below)
- SSO- Coordinated Entry and Street Outreach Scoring Tool
- HMIS generated APR report for the time period of July 1, 2025- June 30, 2026 (include the csv file)
- Documentation of non-profit status (IRS 501(c)3)
- Match commitment with sources and uses of matching funds
- Drug-free workplace certification (HUD form 50070)
- Other attachments indicated in the Renewal Application Form
Projects Requesting New Transitional Housing or New SSO will also need to submit:
- Budget
- Narrative Attachment as indicated in the Renewal Application Form.

This tool runs entirely in your browser - no data is kept on any server. Items 4a, 5a, 5b, and 7b come from the local competition report and are entered in section 2; everything else is computed live from the CSV-APR.
Before you get started you will need:

Click a button below to download the auto-scoring tool relevant to your project(s) based on the type of services provided. Open the file in your browser. Once you have completed the sections and click upload, your CoC ranking score will be shown. Attach to your application a pdf of the tool's output.

Intent to Renew
All project sponsors of FY25 CoC funded projects should complete and return an "Intent to Renew" form to indicate the intention to submit a renewal applicationin the FY26 CoC Funding Competition. This information will be used by the CoC to make planning decisions prior to the release of the local application and new funding requests for proposals. This is not considered an application for funding. Submit completed form to proposals@unitygno.org no later than June 23, 2026.
The Intent to Renew Form was distributed via email on June 18, 2026 and explained at the Executive Director's meeting held on the same date.
