Application Information
For New Projects
New project proposals may be submitted to the local CoC as a response to a Request for Proposals (RFPs). These RFPs reflect the funding priorities adopted by the CoC Governing Council that can be addressed with HUD CoC Funds. Selected project sponsors will be included as sub-recipients in the project application submitted to HUD by the CoC in the 2026 funding competition. Agencies not currently funded by the CoC are encouraged to apply, including faith-based organizations and organizations that focus on recovery from substance use disorders.
The RFPs will be released no later than June 29, 2026. Proposals must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026 through the local application portal.

For Current Projects
Current project sponsors of FY24/25 CoC funding will have local applications available no later than June 29. Local applications will be used to determine programs that meet threshold criteria and determine project performance scores that will be used to prioritize projects for funding in the FY26 CoC application to HUD.
