New Project Funding
UNITY of Greater New Orleans, the lead agency for the Homeless Continuum of Care (CoC) for New Orleans, Jefferson Parish and Kenner, is seeking proposals from non-profit and government agencies to select project sponsors for the 2025 HUD CoC funding competition. These RFPs reflect the funding priorities adopted by the CoC Governing Council that can be addressed with HUD CoC Funds. Selected project sponsors will be included in the project application submitted to HUD by the CoC in the 2025 funding competition as sub-recipients of UNITY. Agencies not currently funded by the CoC are encouraged to apply!

Proposal Due Date
All New Project proposals must be submitted via email to proposals@unitygno.org no later than December 15, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) CT. All funding opportunities are open to non-profit and government organizations that are not current recipients of CoC funding, including faith-based organizations.
